Surge Staffing is seeking a Part-Time Onsite Staffing Specialist to support client workforce needs, recruit top talent, and provide exceptional service to clients and temporary employees. This onsite role emphasizes recruiting, onboarding, and relationship-building at a client location.

Shift: Monday–Friday 5:00pm–9:00pm. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels in communication, and can manage multiple tasks while delivering outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of sales, customer service, recruiting, or staffing experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong phone presence and professional demeanor.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and temporary employees.
• Recruit, interview, screen, and onboard qualified candidates.
• Source talent through job boards, resume databases, referrals, and recruiting platforms.
• Match candidate qualifications to client workforce needs.
• Maintain a strong onsite presence and build relationships with client leadership.
