Qualifications

• PharmD degree required and licensure in good standing.
• Strong command of English; bilingual Spanish preferred for counseling.
• Experience with high-volume prescription verification and fast-paced environments.
• Ability to learn and use pharmacy management systems and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Verify prescriptions with clinical accuracy and ensure dosing safety.
• Provide proactive phone-based patient counseling and education.
• Collaborate with prescribers to resolve incomplete or ambiguous orders.
• Supervise technicians and manage workflow in a closed-door facility.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and proper handling of PHI.
