Job summary

Fooda is seeking a friendly and energetic onsite event assistant to support rotating popup food programs. The role focuses on setting up and tearing down equipment, solving order issues, and coaching users on Fooda's app and promotions.

Ideal candidates have catering or serving experience, are tech-savvy, and can work 12–15 hours per week during lunch hours. The position offers competitive pay and opportunities to grow within Fooda.

Qualifications

• Prior catering or serving experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Onsite setup, tear down, clean equipment and site areas; ensure high-quality setup and customer experience.
• Learn Fooda’s technology and standard operating procedures.
• Trouble-shoot for issues such as incorrect orders, late deliveries, or miscommunications.
• Troubleshoot POS, onsite technology, and TV menu boards.
• Conduct onsite Fooda promotions and mobile app coaching.
• Provide real-time onsite customer service to resolve issues with consumers.
• Audit restaurant event setups for consistency and quality.
• Escalate issues to Operations Manager when needed.
• Critical hours are 10 am–2 pm Tue–Thu; may be 8am–4pm depending on market.
