Job summary

Provivi is seeking a part-time Facilities & Lab Operations Coordinator in Santa Monica to ensure a safe, organized, and operational workplace and laboratory environment. You will be the primary onsite contact for facility needs, coordinating vendors, shipping, safety checks, and general site coordination alongside our R&D team.

This role requires comfort with laboratory supplies, chemicals, and established safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating facilities, lab operations, or similar hands-on roles.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage many small tasks.
• Comfortworking onsite in a lab environment with safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the onsite point of contact for facility needs and day-to-day operations.
• Keep common areas, storage, and labs clean, stocked, and operational.
• Coordinate cleaning, dry ice delivery, chemical waste pickup, and recurring services.
• Monitor inventory levels and reorder supplies as needed.
• Conduct routine site walkthroughs with R&D and site leadership.
• Receive packages and route to appropriate teams; coordinate outbound shipments.
• Record safety inspections and maintain SDS and waste docs.
• Support lab and facility vendors; maintain vendor relations.
