Responsibilities

• Support Fooda events onsite through setup, teardown, cleaning, and customer experience.
• Learn Fooda’s technology and standard operating procedures.
• Resolve issues such as incorrect orders or late deliveries promptly.
• Troubleshoot POS systems, onsite technology, and TV menu boards.
• Promote Fooda promotions and coach users of the mobile app.
• Provide real-time onsite customer service to customers.
• Audit restaurant event setups for consistency and quality.
• Escalate issues to the Operations Manager when needed.
• Cover shifts during lunch hours; potential 8am–4pm variations.
