Job summary

Fooda is seeking a part-time Event Coordinator for our Lebanon, Indiana market. You will support events onsite through setup, execution, and teardown, ensuring top-notch customer experiences and smooth operations.

Ideal candidates have hospitality or events experience, are tech-savvy, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced startup environment. This role offers flexibility with 12–15 hours per week and lunches/promotions on-site.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or events preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Comfort with using technology in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist onsite at Fooda events, including setup and teardown.
• Maintain high-quality customer experience and service.
• Troubleshoot POS and onsite technology issues as needed.
• Coach customers on app features and processes.
• Support on-site promotions and app usage coaching.
• Escalate issues to Operations Manager when necessary.
• Hours primarily 10:00–14:00 on weekdays; may vary 8:00–16:00 depending on market.
