Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a STEM major at an accredited college or university.
• Availability to work part-time onsite, 20 hours per week.
• Demonstrates high quality and strong attention to detail.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel between HQ and Retail locations as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite technical support for basic hardware issues with desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
• Provide onsite printer support for various printers and toners.
• Configure new desktops, laptops, printers and peripherals per SOPs.
• Review and update the knowledge base and SOPs, and create new SOPs for defined processes.
