Job summary

Pace in Peoria, IL is hiring a Client Project Coordinator to provide administrative and coordination support to the Project Management team on-site. This role supports client needs, coordinates documentation, and ensures smooth intake and execution of client work.

This part-time position runs Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM, offering a starting rate of $17 per hour and opportunities to contribute to environmental science projects and client services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, chemistry, biology, or closely related field.
• One year of customer service experience.
• Well-organized with strong attention to detail and task prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Oversee, review, complete, and process project management forms, documents, databases, and related information.
• Serve as a liaison for client project needs and guidance to internal Pace teams.
• Direct client calls and requests to the appropriate Project Manager for follow-up.
• Schedule and enter bottle orders into the container order system based on client sample needs.
• Review login dashboards and update information and confirmations as needed.
• Assist with project management and cross-functional initiatives, including budgets, timelines, materials, staffing, and project requirements.
