Qualifications

• Must possess a Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education and/or Elementary Education discipline or a master’s degree with at least 18 graduate semester hours in any combination of qualifying fields or a related field
• Three years of work experience in early childhood Education within the past five years
• Ability and willingness to work at multiple campus locations, as assigned
• Excellent human-relations, interpersonal skills, and strong verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Preparing and delivering lecture and/or lab course material in both face‑to‑face and hybrid formats
• Delivering engaging classroom instruction aligned with program standards and student learning outcomes
• Evaluating and recording students' progress in attaining goals and objectives
• Preparing and maintaining all required documentation and departmental reports
