Qualifications

• BSN required.
• Active PA RN License.
• 2+ years of Nurse Navigator experience required.
• Oncology experience preferred.
• OCN certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team to diagnose and treat patients from screening through follow-up care.
• Assist with budget development and daily expense monitoring as needed.
• Communicate clearly in writing and orally with patients and staff.
