Job summary

Sinai Hospital in Baltimore seeks a compassionate Nurse Navigator to guide patients through the oncology care continuum—from diagnosis to survivorship—ensuring seamless coordination, education, and support.

You will work with physicians and the care team to identify high-risk patients, coordinate appointments, scans, and treatments, and serve as the primary contact for patients and families.

Qualifications

• BSN from an accredited program and RN licensure in Maryland.
• Current BLS certification.
• Oncology/nurse navigation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify high-risk oncology patients and provide proactive outreach and follow-up.
• Coordinate follow-up appointments, imaging, labs, and treatments with care teams.
• Serve as primary contact between patients, families, and physicians to facilitate care transitions.
• Educate patients and families about treatment plans and available resources.
• Support care teams in addressing urgent patient issues and coordinating services.
