Job summary

Qualifications

• 4+ years hands-on IT support or helpdesk experience, including Tier 1/2
• Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems
• Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and user access
• Proficiency with Google Workspace
• Proficiency with JumpCloud
• Experience with FreshService or similar ITSM
• Strong networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, Wi-Fi
• Experience with server and network hardware maintenance
• Ability to work on-site in Grove City, OH 30 hours/week
• Excellent communication and customer service

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary on-site IT contact for hardware, software, and support
• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 troubleshooting for Windows and Apple devices
• Diagnose and resolve issues with user access and hardware
• Manage tickets using FreshService and maintain documentation
• Support Google Workspace and JumpCloud administration
• Troubleshoot network connectivity (DNS/DHCP/WLAN) and servers
• Support warehouse technology and network-connected devices
• Coordinate with internal teams to minimize downtime
