Job summary

Trillium Staffing is seeking a Technical Maintenance Supervisor for a Groveport, OH warehouse. This hands-on role focuses on automated/robotic systems, acting as SME to guide technicians and prioritize work orders.

You will coordinate with suppliers and maintain equipment manuals and registrations, while overseeing non-automated equipment and facilities. Requirements include 2 years in robotics/automation maintenance, SME/supervisory experience, PLC knowledge, and proficiency with MS Office;

Qualifications

• 2 years experience in robotics/automated systems maintenance.
• Experience leading or supervising maintenance teams.
• Knowledge of PLC systems and industrial controls.
• Post-secondary training in robotics/industrial tech preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on maintenance on automated/robotic systems and non-automated equipment.
• Direct activities/work orders and planning for maintenance personnel.
• Coordinate with suppliers for needed work and document manuals/registrations.
• Maintain equipment documentation and facility upkeep.

Excellent opportunity for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join this established and growing warehouse in Groveport!

The Technical Maintenance Supervisor will be a hands-on maintenance position with primary focus being automated/robotic systems. You will be an SME and direct activities/work orders/planning for technical maintenance personnel. The Technical Maintenance Supervisor will also coordinate with suppliers regarding needed work, document and maintain technical information such as manuals, registrations for equipment, etc. Additional responsibilities will include non automated equipment and facilities.

Schedule will be Mon-Fri 6:00am-2:30pm with some flexibility to work on-call for other needs and maintenance needs. Pay will start at $65,000+ depending on experience.

The be successful in this role the Technical Maintenance Supervisorwill have:

• -2 years experience in Robotics/Automated Systems maintenance
• Supervisor/Lead/SME experience
• -Knowledge of PLC systems
• -Strongly prefer post secondary training/votech or similar in Robotics, Industrial Technology, Electrical Engineering or similar
• -Familiarity with MSOffice and Outlook
• -Any experience in warehouse environment a plus
• -Any experience with a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) a plus
