Job summary

Richmond Marketing is seeking a part-time on-site Recruiter in Normal, IL to support hiring needs. You will source candidates through job boards, social networks, referrals, and local networks, screen resumes, and conduct phone and in-person interviews.

You will coordinate interview schedules and maintain clear, timely communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the process. The role includes partnering with managers to understand staffing needs, updating applicant tracking

Qualifications

• Experience with sourcing, resume screening, and interviewing across various role types.
• Skills in organizing recruitment pipelines, maintaining applicant tracking systems, and managing scheduling logistics.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
• Capability to represent the company professionally at on-site events, campus visits, or career fairs.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Previous experience in recruitment, HR support, or staffing is preferred but not required.
• Comfort working on-site in Normal, IL, with flexibility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma required; coursework or a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is a plus.
