Job summary

Responsibilities include inventory management, stock rotation, expiration checks, and collaboration with clinical staff to ensure timely delivery of medications to patients and care units.

Qualifications

• Foundational pharmacy knowledge and experience to support accurate medication preparation and dispensing.
• Processing prescriptions, labeling, and handling medications under pharmacist supervision.
• Experience with inventory control, stock monitoring, organization, and expiry management.
• Strong customer service to interact with patients, families, and healthcare team.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process medication orders, label and package medications, and maintain organized workstations and storage areas.
• Assist with inventory control by monitoring stock levels, rotating products, checking expiration dates, and reporting supply needs.
• Provide courteous customer service by answering questions within scope and coordinating with clinical staff to ensure timely medication delivery.
• Operate pharmacy systems and follow safety and regulatory guidelines to maintain a safe environment.
