Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• BLS certification strongly recommended.
• 1 year in healthcare or customer service setting recommended.

Responsibilities

• Register patients accurately in MPI and EHR.
• Verify insurance and obtain necessary authorizations.
• Document compliance forms and patient financial conversations.
• Answer calls and direct to on-call providers as needed.
• Maintain waiting areas and complete quality checks.
