Job summary

Luxer One Liaison Downtown Anaheim is seeking a friendly, reliable Package Handler to manage on-site package rooms and locker systems at upscale apartment buildings in Downtown Anaheim. Part-time, 12-5 PM on Mon, Wed, Fri, you will be the on-site presence and help residents with package needs using our software.

You’ll log deliveries, arrange packages for quick access, lift up to 60 lbs, and communicate with residents and property managers.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• 1–2 years of customer service experience in a client-facing role.
• Reliable transportation; live near the designated service area or have access to transit.
• Comfortable using technology, including digital package management software, Google Suite, and Apple hardware/software.
• Strong organizational and independent problem-solving abilities.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Ability to work in environments with varying temperatures and safety protocols.
• Willingness to cover shifts or hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Build and establish an on-site presence within assigned properties; provide in-person and written support to residents with package questions or account inquiries.
• Log recently delivered packages into the property's package management system/software.
• Deliver packages to resident doors or in-unit (60 lbs MAX).
• Arrange and label packages on shelving for quick resident access.
• Identify and address aging or stale packages through audits to maintain system accuracy.
• Email correspondence with on-site residents, property staff, and manager.
• Serve as a primary liaison between the property and Luxer One Support.
• Deliver specific packages directly to residents' doors (60 lbs MAX).
• Perform or troubleshoot lightweight maintenance on the locker/package room system hardware and software as needed.

Luxer One Liaison is looking for a friendly professional, organized and customer-obsessed individual to provide package management services to luxury apartment buildings in the Downtown Anaheim area. Come join our growing team!

The Liaison Package Handler will help organize and maintain package reception rooms and locker systems at apartment complexes located in the Downtown Anaheim area. The service rep will visit their assigned property/properties multiple times a week, and perform various duties.

As a Liaison Package Handler, you will help maintain package rooms and locker systems at assigned multi-family properties within the Downtown Anaheim area. The Liaison Package Handler is responsible for establishing an on-site presence and maintaining/organizing the assigned site’s package room independently and efficiently using our software.

Who You Are: You’re friendly, professional and comfortable representing the Luxer One Liaison brand in upscale residential communities. You are comfortable building positive, friendly relationships with property managers and residents alike, and you take pride in delivering excellent service.

What You’ll Do:

• Email correspondence through Gmail with on-site residents, property staff and your manager.
• Serve as a primary liaison between the property and Luxer One Support.
• Deliver specific packages directly to residents’ doors. (60 lbs MAX)
• Perform or troubleshoot lightweight maintenance on the locker/package room management system hardware and software as needed.

Requirements:

• At least 18 years old
• 1–2 years of customer service experience in a client-facing role
• Reliable transportation, such as a personal vehicle or access to public transit; ideally, you live in or near the designated service area
• Comfortable and well adept using technology, including digital package management software, Google Suite, Apple Hardware/Software.
• Strong organizational and independent problem‑solving abilities
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to perform regular physical activity, including lifting and arranging packages, some of which may be bulky, within legal guidelines and safely maneuver within storage areas
• Can lift up to but, not exceed 60 lbs
• Ability to sit and stand for extended periods if necessary
• Must be able to work effectively in environments with varying temperatures, including heat and cold, ensuring adherence to safety protocols
• Willingness to perform additional duties as assigned; responsibilities may evolve based on business needs
• Willingness to make up for hours missed or cover shifts as needed.
