Job summary

Hondros College of Nursing is seeking a part-time on-site Clinical Instructor to teach in the Nursing program at our Maumee campus. The role supports students in lab and clinical settings, fostering practical skills and professional values.

The instructor will balance classroom and clinical responsibilities, ensure compliance with credentialing, and contribute to a positive educational experience for aspiring nurses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing is required.
• Three or more years full-time work experience as an RN (or part-time equivalent).
• Active State of OH RN licensure that has never been encumbered.
• Ability to provide official transcripts for each degree earned.
• Current American Heart Association BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Instruct students in a lab setting or clinical setting as needed.
• Promote a positive learning environment and ensure full instruction of the clinical component.
• Create high student engagement by planning the clinical experience.
• Supervise and orient students to the clinical site and policies.
