Job summary

Hondros College of Nursing in West Chester, OH seeks a part-time on-site Clinical Instructor to teach in the Nursing program. The role focuses on hands-on lab instruction, clinical supervision, and student engagement to ensure the clinical component is fully delivered.

The ideal candidate holds a BSN, 3+ years of RN experience, and an active OH license, with ability to provide official transcripts and current BLS certification. Scheduling up to 24 hours/week with some weekend work possible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing is required.
• Three or more years full-time RN experience (or part-time equivalent).
• Active State of OH RN licensure that has never been encumbered.
• Official transcripts for each degree earned and current BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Instruct students in a lab setting or off campus in a clinical setting.
• Promote a positive learning environment and coordinate the clinical component.
• Create high student engagement by planning the student clinical experience.
• Supervise and orient students to the clinical site and policies.
• Evaluate student achievement with constructive feedback.
• Participate in Faculty Organization and Curriculum Committees.
