Job summary

Coastal Ridge Real Estate's Bootes community in Bozeman is seeking a part-time Leasing Professional to welcome prospects, conduct tours, and help meet leasing targets while ensuring excellent resident experiences.

On-site role, requires a high school diploma; familiarity with Entrata/OneSite/RealPage and Excel is a plus; prior leasing experience preferred. Collaborate on marketing events and maintain lead data and waitlists.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to obtain licenses/certifications as required by state or local jurisdictions.
• Previous leasing and sales experience preferred; experience in multifamily or student housing is a plus.
• Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Familiarity with property management software such as Entrata, OneSite, or RealPage preferred.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, sorting, and filtering, is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Meet leasing targets and assist team to achieve goals.
• Greet, engage, and build rapport with prospective residents, creating positive first impressions.
• Provide tours highlighting the property’s features and benefits, tailored to prospects.
• Confidently close leases by addressing objections and securing commitments.
• Manage leasing inquiries by responding quickly via phone, email, or in person within 24 hours.
• Enter and maintain lead data in Entrata and follow up with prospects through warm outreach.
• Develop understanding of site leasing trends and product availability to guide decisions.
• Maintain office, model units, and common areas; report issues promptly.
• Participate in community marketing, outreach, and resident events.
• Guide applicants through screening and lease execution; ensure paperwork is complete.
• Collect move-in fees and ensure proper handling of funds.
• Provide exceptional resident service and respond to service requests.
• Maintain and update the waitlist and communicate updates.
