Job summary

Coastal Ridge Real Estate is seeking a Leasing Professional (Part-Time) for The 1785 Club Athens, a premier off-campus student apartment community in Athens, GA near the University of Georgia. The role involves guiding prospects through tours, addressing objections, and closing leases while delivering exceptional resident experiences.

The position reports to the Property Manager and requires the ability to manage inquiries promptly, maintain accurate lead data, and support community marketing

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Familiarity with Entrata, OneSite, or RealPage preferred.
• Intermediate Excel skills (formulas, sorting, filtering) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to leasing targets and team goals.
• Greet and engage prospective residents to build rapport.
• Provide tours and tailor experiences to prospects.
• Close leases by addressing objections and securing commitments.
• Respond to leasing inquiries within 24 hours via phone, email, or in person.
• Enter and maintain lead information in Entrata and follow up with prospects.
