Job summary

NWM Risk Management is seeking part-time inspectors to capture on-site progress via smartphone photos for lenders. You will visit residential construction sites, document progress with interior and exterior photos, and submit them through the Pruvan app for reporting.

Flexible hours, independent work, and a contract-based arrangement are offered. Candidates must be comfortable traveling to sites within a 25-mile radius, possess reliable transportation, and use a modern smartphone or tablet

Qualifications

• No prior experience required.
• Must have reliable vehicle and transportation.
• Smartphone or tablet compatible with the Pruvan app.
• Device not older than 5 years to ensure app compatibility.
• PPE gear: closed-toe shoes, long pants, safety vest.

Responsibilities

• Visit residential construction sites (single-family homes, townhomes, apartments, condos).
• Take interior and exterior photos of properties assigned through the Pruvan app for on-site progress.
• Submit photos through the app to the report writing team.
• Communicate availability and scheduling needs promptly.
• Ensure inspections are completed within 24–48 hours of assignment.
