Job summary

NWM Risk Management is hiring for a contract field inspector in the Longview, WA area. Role involves visiting residential construction sites, taking photo documentation via the Pruvan app, and submitting reports to the team. Flexible, part-time schedule with independent work across locations.

Applicants should have reliable transportation, a smartphone or tablet compatible with the Pruvan app, and be prepared to meet 24–48 hour turnaround on inspections. PPE gear is required for site visits.

Qualifications

• Flexible scheduling: inspections assigned as available with short notice.
• Reliability: you must have a vehicle to travel to sites.
• Device requirement: smartphone or tablet (iPhone or Android) compatible with the Pruvan app.

Responsibilities

• Visit residential construction sites (homes, townhomes, apartments).
• Capture interior and exterior photos via the app to document progress.
• Submit photos through the app to report writing team.
• Coordinate availability and scheduling promptly.
• Complete inspections within 24–48 hours of assignment.
