Job summary

IWG is seeking a Part-Time Community Associate to join our on-site team at Seattle. You will engage with customers, handle inquiries, coordinate center operations, and support events.

The role emphasizes outstanding service, multitasking across tasks, and maintaining smooth daily center activities. You will work 20 hours per week in a Monday-Friday schedule with shifts from 8:15am to 12:15pm, training at Regus Ballard for 3 weeks.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience
• Strong communication skills
• Positive and adaptable
• Proficient with MS Office and basic IT equipment
• Legally eligible to work and at least 18 years old

Responsibilities

• Serve center customers with inquiries and requests.
• Assist with phone/email inquiries and portal tickets.
• Prepare center for opening and events, and help with AV setup.
• Ensure accurate invoicing and service records in the portal.
