Job summary

Regus is looking for a Community Associate to support customers at our Seattle center. This on-site, part-time role focuses on delivering excellent service, managing day-to-day tasks, and assisting with space setup and inquiries.

Training will be provided at Regus Ballard before you work at 936 N 34th St, Seattle. The ideal candidate will handle multiple requests, maintain professional relationships with members, and contribute to a welcoming, well-run center environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Able to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing situations.
• Experience with MS Office or basic IT equipment desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and manage day-to-day center operations.
• Help customers with bookings, packages, Wi-Fi, directions and room setups.
• Prepare the center for opening, coordinate with cleaners, and manage notices/posters.
