Job summary

Regus Management Group, LLC is hiring a Part-Time Community Associate in Seattle. You will support customers in a busy center, help maintain the community space, handle administrative tasks, and assist with events and inquiries. The role is on-site with a 20-hour weekly schedule, typically 8:15am–12:15pm, Monday through Friday.

Training occurs at Regus Ballard for three weeks. You’ll work closely with customers, ensure accurate invoicing, and contribute to a welcoming, productive center

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Good communication and ability to build relationships.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing situations.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States and at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, handle inquiries and requests in person.
• Maintain a community within the center and manage administrative tasks.
• Coordinate and support events, process invoices and track services.
• Operate the service portal to open tickets and assist colleagues.
