Job summary

Acacia NPU INC is seeking an On-Site Catering Coordinator for an on-site role in Bellevue, WA. You will represent the Cater2.me brand, manage catering setup, and ensure top-notch client experiences during service.

Responsibilities include coordinating with the Operations team, answering ingredient questions, and maintaining a tidy work area. This position values punctuality, communication, and guest-focused service, with weekday lunch shifts and a supportive team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current Food Handler's Card or ability to obtain one by start date.
• Punctuality, self-motivation, and the ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication skills and a tenacious personality.
• Ability to safely lift 25+ pounds and stand for 4+ hours.
• Weekday lunch shifts availability.
• Background in customer service, hospitality, food & beverage, housekeeping, and retail preferred.
• Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus.

Job Description

In this client-facing role, the On-Site Catering Coordinator utilizes exceptional interpersonal skills and a friendly disposition to represent the Cater2.me brand. A key responsibility is to deliver memorable and pleasing client experiences by constantly anticipating needs and approaching challenges with a positive attitude.

The Coordinator works closely with the Operations team, focusing on the essential tasks of catering and event setup and breakdown, as well as contributing to problem-solving and needs forecasting. Above all, the Coordinator is expected to embody the brand's spirit and enjoy the work.

This is an on-site role in Belleview, WA. Flexible availability is needed Monday-Friday, 10 AM - 2 PM.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with our Operations team to help problem-solve issues that come up during the meal service

• Answer questions regarding ingredients and allergens
• Provide meal feedback daily through our web portal to improve future menu planning
• Be our eyes and ears on the ground, relaying information to and from clients and vendors to our Account Managers to help optimize the client meal experience
