Insperience Group is seeking an On-Site Catering Coordinator for Cater2.me. This client-facing role focuses on delivering memorable experiences by anticipating client needs and maintaining positive attitudes on site.

The position involves coordinating catering setup and breakdown, working with the Operations team, and ensuring a smooth meal service. It is an on-site role in various markets and requires a friendly demeanor and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Current Food Handler's Card or ability to obtain one by start date.

Responsibilities

• Represent the Cater2.me brand in all customer interactions.
• Arrive at client sites to facilitate food setup and cleanup.
• Oversee meal service and replenish food quickly and professionally.
• Keep the work area tidy and presentable at all times.
• Collaborate with Operations to solve issues during service.
• Interact with clients in a friendly and hospitable manner.
• Answer questions about ingredients and allergens.
• Provide daily meal feedback via the web portal for future planning.
• Relay information between clients, vendors and Account Managers to optimize service.

Job Description

In this client-facing role, the On-Site Catering Coordinator utilizes exceptional interpersonal skills and a friendly disposition to represent the Cater2.me brand. A key responsibility is to deliver memorable and pleasing client experiences by constantly anticipating needs and approaching challenges with a positive attitude.

The Coordinator works closely with the Operations team, focusing on the essential tasks of catering and event setup and breakdown, as well as contributing to problem-solving and needs forecasting. Above all, the Coordinator is expected to embody the brand's spirit and enjoy the work.

This is an on-site role in various markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Embody the Cater2.me brand and values in all customer interactions


• Arrive at client sites in a timely manner to facilitate food setup and cleanup


• Oversee the meal service and replenish food as needed quickly and in a professional manner


• Keep the area tidy and presentable at all times


• Work closely with our Operations team to help problem-solve issues that come up during the meal service


• Interact with clients in an open and hospitable manner


• Answer questions regarding ingredients and allergens


• Provide meal feedback daily through our web portal to improve future menu planning


• Be our eyes and ears on the ground, relaying information to and from clients and vendors to our Account Managers to help optimize the client meal experience

Skills and Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required


• Current Food Handler's Card or the ability to obtain one by start date


• Punctuality, self-motivation, and the ability to work skillfully under pressure


• Strong communication skills and a tenacious personality


• Ability to safely lift 25+ pounds


• Ability to stand for at least 4 hours


• Availability for weekday lunch shifts


• Background of customer service, hospitality, food & beverage, housekeeping and retail preferred


• Ability to speak multiple languages a plus
