Qualifications

• Requires valid driver’s license and relevant facilities/mail/shipping experience.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Professional appearance and strong verbal and written communication.
• Proficient keyboarding and Windows-based PC skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work independently or in a team.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and meet attendance policy.

Responsibilities

• Receive, process, and deliver mail and packages.
• Receive and send overnight shipments.
• Assist with conference room setups and facilities tasks.
• Handle hospitality tasks and respond to facilities requests.
• Follow safety procedures and report to site management.
• Cross-train and support client/site needs as assigned.
