Job summary

IST Management Services is seeking a Regional Office Services Associate in Glendale, CA to support West Los Angeles locations. You will manage mail, shipping/receiving, and customer service tasks across IST site locations, helping maintain efficient operations.

This full-time role offers a steady schedule with shifts 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, no nights or weekends, and coverage across Glendale and West LA sites.

Qualifications

Ideal candidates will have relevant experience in shipping and receiving, mail operations and customer service.
Valid Driver's License required
High school diploma or GED

Responsibilities

Shipping and Receiving Services – Receive and send overnight packages
Customer Service - Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands in a high volume, production environment
Mail Operations - Sort incoming mail and handle according to established procedures
Adhere to all safety procedures
Take direction from the site manager and the assistant site manager
Participate in cross-training
Perform other tasks as assigned to uphold client and site needs
