Qualifications

• Six months of experience in long term care or assisted living residence (Preferred).
• Registered as a Nursing Assistant, Home Health Aide or Certified Nursing Assistant (Preferred).
• Ability to make responsible choices and decisions and act in the resident’s best interests.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on care and assistance with daily living per each resident’s service plan.
• Support residents with dining, activities, and mobility to promote independence.
• Communicate with residents, families, and the case manager about changes in condition or concerns.
• Complete required documentation daily and maintain accurate records.
