Indiana University’s Hutton Honors College (HHC) seeks a part-time receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers. The role provides essential administrative support to the Dean and staff, manages the Ask HHC email, and directs visitors to appropriate personnel.
The position requires strong communication, organizational, and confidentiality skills, with Monday–Friday office presence and a Friday 9:00 AM–5:00 PM shift. Bloomington, Indiana-based, on-site work.

This role requires the ability to effectively communicate and to operate a computer and other standard office productivity equipment. The position involves sedentary work as well as periods of time moving around an office environment and the campus. The person in this role must be able to perform the essential functions with or without accommodation.
This position requires the ability work on Friday from 9:00 AM-5:00 PM.

$16.00 per hour
16 hours per week
9 hours of which must be worked on Fridays 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM. NO EXCEPTIONS. The remaining hours will be on another weekday, to be coordinated with another part-time staff member.
