You will provide responsive customer service across multiple channels, assist with payments and financing paperwork, and support store staff with clerical duties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous clerical experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic software use.
• Familiarity with Storis or similar order systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enter sales transactions and order details into Storis accurately.
• Verify order data and correct discrepancies.
• Process documentation including cash balances, deliveries, and orders per guidelines.
• Provide customer service via inbound calls and counter inquiries.
• Handle inquiries through phone, web, chat, or email channels.
• Meet or exceed performance standards for quality and volume.
• Process credit applications, payments, and financing paperwork.
• Maintain accurate files to maximize productivity.
• Provide clerical support to store staff as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
