Job summary

Helzberg Diamonds in Knoxville is seeking a Part Time Office Assistant to support daily office operations and help the store achieve sales and profit goals.

You will process transactions, assist with audits and inventory, ensure policy compliance, and help on the sales floor to hit warranty goals. A high school diploma or equivalent and prior retail or office experience are preferred, with flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

• Ability to sell in a commission environment.
• Experience using a PC or POS system or other computer keyboard is required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills required.
