We are a dynamic design, build and technology studio serving the experiential marketing, location based entertainment, and museum industries; constantly evolving with each and every unique project.

We are looking for an experienced Office Manager to join the team! As the Office Manager at Aardvark Studios, you will set the tone of the office each day — from opening up the space in the morning, to closing it down in the evening — and will support both day-to-day operations and larger office needs. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and enjoys being a central part of a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily office setup & close
  • Ensuring a positive guest experience
  • Admin and general business support
  • Office organization & supply management
  • Assist in onboarding of new employees
  • Fleet management administration support
  • Plan / manage employee engagement events

Qualifications:

  • Engaging personality that welcomes our team members every day!
  • 3-5 years previous experience in an administrative, office management, or operations support role
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
  • Familiarity with basic office technology and willingness to learn new systems (phones, TVs, Sonos, climate control, security, etc.)
  • Positive, can-do attitude and a strong sense of ownership over responsibilities

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Google workspace
  • In-office 5 days per week
