Job summary

Assisted Rehab, Inc. in Towson, Maryland is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our geriatric-focused team on a part-time basis.

You will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide skilled therapy to improve mobility, safety, balance, and independence. Work-life balance is emphasized with mentorship, collaborative interdisciplinary care, 1:1 onboarding, and strong clinical autonomy.

Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist for Maryland (or soon to be licensed).
• Active CPR certification is required.
• Strong evaluation and clinical reasoning skills.
• Passion for patient-centered care.
• Commitment to teamwork and clinical excellence.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide skilled therapy services to improve mobility, safety, balance and independence.
• Monitor patient progress and update treatment plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Complete timely and accurate documentation.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and families.
