Job summary

Assisted Rehab, Inc. in Towson, MD, is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our geriatric-focused team on a part-time basis. You will evaluate patients, develop individualized plans, and provide skilled therapy to improve mobility, safety, and independence.

Qualifications

• Current Massachusetts? Actually MDOT license in Maryland is required? (This is present in HTML)
• Active CPR certification is required
• Strong evaluation and clinical reasoning skills

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide skilled therapy services to improve mobility, strength, safety, balance and independence
• Monitor patient progress and update treatment plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Complete timely and accurate documentation
• Help create a rehab program trusted by patients, families, and facilities
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and families

What You’ll Do

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide skilled therapy services that improve mobility, strength, safety, balance, and independence
• Monitor patient progress, update treatment plans, and clearly communicate patient status
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Complete timely and accurate documentation
• Help create a rehab program that patients, families, and facilities trust
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and families

Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist in Maryland (or soon to be licensed!)
• Active CPR certification
• Strong evaluation and clinical reasoning skills
• Passion for patient-centered care
• Commitment to teamwork and clinical excellence

Compensation

• $40–$50+ per hour (Based on experience and qualifications)
