Job summary

Assisted Rehab, Inc. in Towson, Maryland, is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our geriatric-focused team on a part-time basis.

You will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide skilled therapy to improve mobility, safety, balance, and independence in a supportive, mentorship-friendly environment. Licensed MD OT or soon to be licensed, CPR certification required.

Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist in Maryland (or eligible for MD licensure soon).
• Active CPR certification
• Strong evaluation and clinical reasoning skills
• Passion for patient-centered care
• Commitment to teamwork and clinical excellence

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide skilled therapy services that improve mobility, strength, safety, balance, and independence
• Monitor patient progress, update treatment plans, and clearly communicate patient status
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Complete timely and accurate documentation
• Build rehab program that patients, families, and facilities trust
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and families
