Qualifications

• Active CPR certification is required

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide skilled therapy services to improve mobility, strength, safety, balance and independence
• Monitor patient progress and update treatment plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Complete timely and accurate documentation
• Help create a rehab program trusted by patients, families, and facilities
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and families
