Key Rehab is seeking a Part Time Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) to join our SNF team. You will implement care plans and support patient progress under supervision of an OT and PT, in a collaborative setting focused on high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Accredited Education: Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapist Assistant program with an active COTA license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 1 year in the field in a related role.
• Compliance: Adhere to Key Rehab’s Code of Ethical Conduct and all relevant state and federal regulations.

Responsibilities

• Implement Care Plans: Execute the patient care plan developed by the Occupational Therapist (OT), ensuring adherence to established protocols.
• Advance Patient Progress: Facilitate patient advancement through their treatment plan, making adjustments as directed by the PT to optimize outcomes.
• Collaborate with the Interdisciplinary Team: Work closely with healthcare professionals to coordinate and enhance patient care, ensuring the achievement of individual goals.
