Responsibilities

• Teach a part-time schedule of Food & Nutrition courses as assigned.
• Utilize diverse pedagogies and technology for face-to-face, online, and hybrid formats.
• Communicate effectively with students, faculty and staff.
• Follow approved curriculum and course outlines of record.
• Evaluate student progress with tests, assignments, and exams.
• Provide course syllabi and maintain classroom records.
