Qualifications

• Master's degree in nursing (MSN) is required.
• Three years full-time experience practicing nursing as a registered nurse.
• Active and unencumbered RN licensure in Ohio.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Responsibilities

• Instruct nursing students in assigned courses, on-campus labs and clinicals.
• Collaborate with College to ensure full curriculum implementation.
• Review syllabi and implement teaching strategies to meet course objectives.
• Participate in course faculty meetings and maintain consistent course delivery across campuses.
• Direct and supervise clinical faculty and teaching assistants where applicable.
• Prepare and document clinical evaluations and student progress.
