Job summary

Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic’s St. Mary Medical Center in Bucks County is seeking a Part-time Nurse Supervisor for Day Shift.

The RN will lead, manage and advance people, processes and support direct or indirect patient care in collaboration with the nursing team. You will supervise frontline staff, coordinate scheduling, participate in performance management and help implement department plans while ensuring regulatory compliance and quality care.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Current Registered Nurse license by Pennsylvania Board of Nursing or Compact State.
• BSN degree from an accredited school of nursing.
• MSN degree and/or leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and advance people, processes and support direct or indirect patient care.
