Job summary

PMC Medical Group in West Lafayette, Indiana is seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) for a full-time, day-shift position in our onsite health clinic. This role focuses on comprehensive primary and occupational health services, collaborating with physicians and a multidisciplinary team.

New grads are welcome, with Indiana licensure or willingness to obtain it. BLS required; DEA license preferred.

Qualifications

• Board-Certified NP or PA.
• Active Indiana license or willingness to obtain Indiana licensure.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Primary Care, Urgent Care, or Occupational Health.
• Previous experience with weight management is a PLUS.
• BLS certification required
• DEA license preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat acute illnesses and workplace injuries
• Manage chronic conditions using evidence-based protocols
• Provide preventive care, health screenings, and wellness coaching
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests
