One to One Health in Anderson, IN is seeking a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or Certified Physician Assistant for a PRN position. You will provide direct and indirect patient care, evaluate and treat acute and chronic issues, and develop treatment plans under supervising physicians’ protocols.

Responsibilities include health screenings, patient education, EMR data entry, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. Active license and 1 year in family/internal/urgent care required.

Qualifications

• Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or Certified Physician Assistant with an active license.
• 1 year experience in family medicine, internal medicine or urgent care.
• DEA license preferred; BLS certification.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct and indirect patient care.
• Evaluate and treat acute health problems using evidence-based protocols.
• Create and implement treatment plans under supervising physician.
• Provide patient education and health advocacy.
• Enter patient data into the EMR system accurately.
