Qualifications

• 5-7 years of nursing experience required
• BSN preferred
• CRRN preferred

Responsibilities

• Act as administrative nursing liaison in absence of nursing leadership.
• Ensure adequate staffing for designated shift.
• Provide staff supervision, scheduling and evaluations.
• Educate staff on quality patient care under guidance of Nurse Educator and VP Nursing.
• Lead in hospital emergency and non-routine events.
• Coordinate budget planning and resources for department.
• Support compliance with policies and privacy and coordinate with HR.
