Job summary
Ennoble Care is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide primary and palliative care to homebound patients in the Raleigh/Durham area on a part-time basis. You will work under physician supervision, conducting exams, formulating care plans, and coordinating with our clinical team to deliver high-quality home-based care. Preference for geriatric primary care experience; strong communication and independent problem-solving are essential.
Qualifications
Board Certified NP or PA with North Carolina certification.
Strong clinical skills with the ability to assess and diagnose.
Independent practitioner with good problem-solving abilities.
1–2 years of primary care experience with geriatric patients preferred.
Responsibilities
Provide primary and palliative care in and around Raleigh, NC.
Perform exams, obtain histories, and create care plans.
Communicate with clinical operations across platforms.
Maintain patient-centered care for a panel of patients.
Attend quarterly medical staff meetings.
Develop impressions, diagnoses, and treatment plans.
Consult with patients and families during visits.
Order diagnostic testing as needed.
Prescribe medications and necessary interventions.
