Job summary

Ennoble Care is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide primary care to homebound patients in the Greensboro area on a part-time basis. You will perform exams, manage chronic diseases, and collaborate with physicians to develop care plans for a diverse patient panel.

Qualifications

• Board Certified, with a valid NP or PA certification in the state of North Carolina.
• Strong clinical skills with the ability to treat, assess, and diagnose.
• Positive demeanor and strong people skills.
• Ability to problem solve and operate independently.
• 1-2 years of primary care experience with geriatric patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality care to primary and palliative patients in and around Greensboro, NC.
• Assess health by performing examinations and creating care plans.
• Communicate effectively with office staff and clinical operations on various platforms.
• Attend quarterly medical staff meetings and develop impressions, diagnosis, and treatment plans.
• Foster trust with patients, families, and caregivers during visits.
