Job summary

Ennoble Care in Charleston, SC is seeking a part-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide primary and palliative care to homebound patients in the region. You will assess patients, create care plans, order diagnostics, and coordinate with the supervising physician.

Candidates must be board-certified with SC NP/PA credentials, possess strong clinical skills, and work independently. Hospice experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Board Certified with SC NP/PA credential.
• Strong clinical skills to diagnose and treat.
• Ability to work independently.
• 1-2 years of primary care experience with geriatric patients (hospice preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide primary and palliative care to homebound patients in and around Charleston, SC.
• Perform physical examinations and develop treatment plans.
• Order diagnostics and coordinate with supervising physician.
• Communicate with office staff across internal platforms.
• Attend medical staff meetings as required.
• Foster trust with patients and families during visits.
