San Joaquin Nursing and Rehabilitation in Bakersfield, CA is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for the NOC shift. The role offers part-time hours with a pay range of $18.00-$19.00 per hour based on experience.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Basic math skills for documentation and intake/output recording.
• Ability to recognize and report changes in resident condition.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and oral hygiene.
• Assist residents with mobility, transfers, repositioning, and ambulation.
• Answer call lights promptly and ensure residents' needs are met in a timely manner.
• Measure and record vital signs and intake/output as directed.
• Observe and report changes in residents' condition to the Charge Nurse.
• Assist with meals, including documenting food and fluid intake.
• Maintain clean, dry, and comfortable resident rooms and assist with admissions/transfers.
